Alphabet Adventures - A Fun Way to Learn Letter Names

T P EE • Language Arts •It’s astonishing just how many different alphabet books there are. You’re sure to find one that sparks the interest of your kids. And if you really want the learning to take hold, try combining an ABC book with a real world experience. If you like the idea of an "alphabet adventure," we have some suggestions for books and outings that make a good combination. For added fun, take some pictures while you and your kids are on your adventure and then create an ABC book of your very own. There are some great websites that can help you turn your pictures into a treasured keepsake book. Check these out: Snapfish.com, Picaboo.com or Shutterfly.com. If you don't have enough time to make your own book – no problem. Go ahead and add your photos to one of the books below. Just glue a manila envelope into the back of the book to store the pictures you took to go along with that alphabet theme. Ready to get started?
